Dining
Renowned by international chefs, the Dining Room features sumptuous three- or four-course
meals prepared daily by owner Petra Sudbrack. Many visitors —
from as far away as Germany and from cosmopolitan centres around
the world — have become regular customers. Thanks to Petra's
culinary delights, they've earned listing in Where to Eat in
Canada.
The menu includes everything from escargot soup to Petra's famous
recipe for chicken breasts featured in the New Flavours cookbook. The dining room is fully licensed; a fine selection of wine complements
the dinner. Fresh seafood arrives daily. And there are always gourmet
surprises in store for those with adventurous tastes! Petra also
prepares elegant picnic and party fare at her guests' request.
The dining options range from cozy settings for two to larger areas for up to 14. The original rooms have been maintained — complete with fireplaces — to ensure privacy and an intimate atmosphere.
